Description

B-PE is a phycobiliprotein isolated from red algae. It is made up of (αβ)6γ subunit structure. B-PE is supplied in 100 mM Potassium Phosphate buffer, pH7.0 with 60 % Saturated (NH4)2SO4, 1 mM EDTA and 1 mM Sodium Azide.

Instruction

Mix thoroughly B-PE until no precipitate is observed to get homogeneous solution. Further removal all the remaining ammonium sulfate and buffer exchange to the conjugation buffer.
